Responsibilities
The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for:
- Managing marketing plans with airlines, hotels, and international operators to develop effective sales strategies.
- Collaborating with various areas of the costamar group to design and execute monthly sales strategies.
- Organizing activities, events, and trainings aimed at travel agencies and internal areas of the CostaMar group.
- Implementing knowledge in digital marketing and e-commerce,using tools such as google analytics to analyze and optimize campaigns.
- Creating and presenting innovative and attractive content for digital campaigns,aligned with the objectives of the company.
Requirements
candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: technical
- 2 years of experience
- Age: between 25 and 35 years
Additional requirements include:
- Technical or university training in governance, marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum proven experience of 2 years.
- Campaign experience, management agreements, and alliances.
- Social Network Management skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing programs / flyers.
- Skills to consider: dynamism, proactivity, responsibility, institution, positive attitude, results orientation, among others.
