Job Description: Marketing Manager Payments
The Marketing Manager Payments position is a full-time (CDI) role, scheduled to begin on 02/01/2025. This is a non-management,executive-level (Cadre) position.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be integral to the payments sector, contributing to the development strategy for LCL’s product and service range. Responsibilities include:
- Defining the development strategy of the product and services range.
- Marketing the LCL Payment to large Payment Rewarders.
- Ensuring marketing and support for networks.
- Organizing front-to-back processes and risk control.
- Processing monetic back office operations.
- Managing after-sales service/SVP customers and network.
- Piloting activities, budgets, and projects.
As a Chargé.e de marketing paiements,the role is within the Payments & Customer Experience Marketing team. The individual will collaborate with teammates to achieve product range development objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction and strategic positioning.
Specific missions
The main missions include:
- Analyzing the market, developments, and trends in the card market and all payments (watch and benchmark).
