Annecy officials have chosen ⁤three groups of companies to develop a new aquatic center,‌ a year after the initial reconstruction project⁣ was scrapped. The selected ​firms will now work toward⁢ realizing the city’s ​vision for the facility by the end of ​the year.

The ⁢city emphasized community involvement in ⁣the project. A follow-up committee, ⁤comprising institutional representatives, educators, sports ⁢organizations, health professionals, ‍residents, and city employees, was formed.
