Maserati‘s Commitment to Formula E’s GEN4 Era

Maserati will participate in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship for four more years. This commitment ensures that Maserati will compete until Season 16 (2029/30). Maserati, under Stellantis, aims to use Formula E to enhance electric vehicle technologies.

Stellantis Motorsport’s Legacy

Stellantis Motorsport has developed advanced powertrains for Formula E teams since its involvement began over ten years ago. Maserati MSG Racing has established a strong presence in the championship since joining in Season 9. The team has achieved six podiums, two pole positions, and two race wins.

Formula E’s Future: GEN4

GEN4 will debut in Season 13 (2026/27) with a new car. It will introduce innovations, including energy regeneration up to 700kW and power outputs up to 600kW. These advancements aim to make these cars the fastest and most efficient in Formula E’s history.
