Tottenham Hotspur have secured the permanent transfer of French under-21 international Mathys Tel from Bayern Munich. The Premier League club announced the deal, solidifying their attacking options.

The agreement sees Spurs pay Bayern Munich a fee of €40 million, including potential bonuses, for the talented forward. Tel, 20, previously spent the latter half of the 2024-25 season on loan with Tottenham, contributing to their Europa League victory, ending a 17-year trophy drought.
During his loan spell, Tel scored two goals adn provided one assist in 13 appearances for the north London side. His performances impressed the club, leading to this permanent move.
