Maxim khalil: It’s an indescribable feeling. To be here, surrounded by the love and warmth of my people, it’s overwhelming. My heart aches for what Syria went through, but seeing the resilience, the determination in their eyes… it fills me with hope.

MK: we’ve been through unimaginable pain. The scars run deep,both physical and emotional.but we are a strong people.We can rebuild, brick by brick, dream by dream.But it cannot be done alone. We need unity, understanding, and shared responsibility.

ND3: What role do you envision yourself playing in Syria’s reconstruction?

MK: every Syrian, wherever they are, has a role to play. Those who can return,must. Those who can contribute financially, must. Our voices must be heard. Our absence cannot mean we absolve ourselves from responsibility for the future.

MK: Don’t lose hope. Syria will rise again, stronger and more united. This is our homeland, and together, we will build a brighter future.
