The 2025/26 FIS Freeski Park & Pipe European Cup season concluded last week in Corvatsch, Switzerland, with the final Halfpipe, Big Air, and Slopestyle competitions taking place over six action-packed days. The season wrapped up with Nils Rhyner of Switzerland and Poppy McGee of France securing the overall titles in the men’s and women’s Freeski standings, respectively.
Rhyner clinched the men’s EC Slopestyle/Big Air overall podium, leading the standings after a strong performance throughout the season. His season included multiple top finishes across the seven Slopestyle, seven Big Air, and two Halfpipe events that comprised the Freeski calendar, along with six Rail Events which continue to be refined for potential future inclusion in the World Cup circuit.
On the women’s side, Kaitlyn Reital of the United States led the overall standings despite only competing in three events. Reital earned two second-place finishes and a victory in her starts, though the women’s European Cup did not award overall World Cup quota spots this season. This was because, although three women’s events were completed, all took place in Switzerland, failing to meet the recent Park & Pipe rule requiring competitions in at least two different countries for a full calendar and overall award eligibility.
Alexsandra Glaskova of AIN finished second in the women’s standings after winning both of her two starts, but she did not compete in the final event in Corvatsch. Glaskova did, however, participate in the World Cup season finale held at Corvatsch in March, where she secured her first World Cup podium with a third-place finish in her debut World Cup start.
The Swiss Freestyle Championships coincided with the European Cup final, taking place from April 13 to 18, 2026, just after the World Cup event. Results from the Big Air and Slopestyle competitions showed strong Swiss representation, with Rhyner also claiming the Swiss Championship title in Men’s Slopestyle alongside his European Cup success.
