McGregor’s Stout Firm Sued for €240,000 Debt

Enterprise Tondelli’s Claim

Enterprise Tondelli, which supplies packaging equipment, canning, and⁢ bottling machinery, alleges⁣ that FSP owes​ them approximately €36,557 for goods and services​ provided ​between February and April 2024. Enterprise Tondelli is based ⁣in Italy and provides solutions for the beverage industry. A formal demand for⁣ payment was issued on September 8, 2024, and after failing to receive payment within 21 days, the company initiated⁤ a petition to recover the debt.

Minch Malt’s Claim

Minch Malt, owned‍ by Dutch-headquartered Boortmalt, filed a separate debt claim last week seeking judgment for over €207,000. Boortmalt is a‍ leading⁢ global maltster. Minch Malt,based in Athy,Co. Kildare,Ireland,claims FSP has failed to pay outstanding sums despite repeated demands over⁢ the past‌ six years. They are seeking a‌ judgment for ‍the full amount owed.

Company Details

FSP is registered at Millbank Business⁣ Park, Lucan,⁣ Dublin.​ The company directors are listed as Alan Geraghty, also of Millbank Business Park,⁢ Lucan, and Andrew Gelling, of Hillcrest Park, ‌Lucan. The ​entire share capital of FSP is owned⁤ by Forged‍ Stout Limited, which was incorporated in 2022 and also has⁢ its registered offices at Millbank Business Park.
