Esther Elings, 44, spent years trying to lose weight through diet and exercise, mirroring the efforts of her husband. Despite her dedication to a healthy lifestyle, she didn’t see results. “I was so tired of always being overweight.I did everything by the book and yet nothing happened,” she said.
