On June 26, 2025 the Supreme Court decided Medina v Planned Parenthood South Atlantic et al. Coming three years almost to the day after Roe v Wade was overturned, Medina deals a severe blow to family planning access in states electing to use the flexibility granted them to exclude Planned Parenthood clinics from Medicaid.
The decision is dry and legal, but its consequences…
