Mahe Otero Hernandez, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with extensive experience in oncology, pulmonary care, and cardiovascular health. Her professional background includes working in the pulmonology department at the Miami Veterans Health Administration, where she managed patients in the lung cancer screening and incidental pulmonary nodule programs.
Prior to her current role, Mahe worked as an oncology nurse and cardiac nurse at Baptist Health Medical Group. Her responsibilities included conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and educating patients on treatment and prevention strategies. Her experience has equipped her with the skills to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex medical needs.
