Meet the Visionaries: The 7 Key Players Shaping the Future of FNDA
The members of the Board of Directors (CA) of the National Agricultural Development Fund (FNDA) were appointed by decree dated October 2, 2024.
Sir Dossa AGUEMON a representative of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries; Sir Moses Achille HOUSSOU representative of the Presidency of the Republic; Sir Claude Emmanuel Comlanvi AKAKPO the representative of the Ministry of Economy and Finance; H. Armelle AHAMIDE MEANGOUA a representative of the Ministry of Development and Coordination of Government Implementation; Sir Kolade Ayédero OKOUDJOU, a representative from the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprises and Employment Promotion; Sir Djoiri Imali Hermann DJETTA the representative of the National Chamber of Agriculture and Mr. Elder Arouna LAWANI the representative of the National Platform of Farmers’ and Agricultural Producers’ Organizations are the personalities appointed to the Board of Directors (CA) of the National Agricultural Development Fund (FNDA).
The members thus appointed have a mandate of three (03) years from the date of their appointment, in accordance with decree No. 2024-1124 on 2 October, 2024.
The National Agricultural Development Fund (FNDA) is a public institution of an agricultural nature, with legal personality and financial autonomy placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries (MAEP). It is responsible for promoting private investment in the agricultural sector and directing it through targeted subsidies and adapted financial instruments, towards activities that allow better use of the national agricultural potential and that contribute to improve agricultural income and food security by encouraging the promotion of agricultural sectors.
