Walsh,who spent three decades in publishing,representing figures like Sheryl Sandberg and Ariana Huffington,described her motivation. She said she missed the “tribe of book lovers” and the chance to gather and discuss reading experiences.
The opening of godmothers featured a weekend of celebrations attended by winfrey, Meghan Markle, Jane Lynch, and Portia de Rossi.
