Men’s Heart Disease: 10 Years Earlier Than Women

〔編譯謝宜哲／綜合報導〕美國1項研究發現，男性患有可能導致心臟病發作的冠心病的時間比女性早幾年，且這種差異最早在30歲中期就顯現出來，比許多醫生開始關注心臟病問題要早許多。此研究發表在《美國心臟協會》期刊。

根據科學網站《SciTechDaily》報導，美國西北大學研究團隊分析美國「青年冠狀動脈風險發展」（CARDIA）研究數據。該研究始於20世紀80年代中期，招募了5100多名18至30歲的黑人和白人，並對他們進行隨訪，直至2020年。

因參與者參加研究時身體健康，研究團隊得以確定男性和女性心臟相關風險首次出現差異的時間。分析顯示，男性心血管疾病（廣義包括心臟病發作、中風和心臟衰竭）發生率達到5%的時間，比女性早約7年（50.5歲對57.5歲）。

這種差異主要由冠心病造成。男性冠心病發生率達2%的時間比女性早了10多年。另外兩性中風發生率相近，心臟衰竭差異則出現得較晚。

研究團隊最重要的發現是，男性和女性在30歲出頭時心血管疾病風險相似，但男性在大約35歲左右風險增加得更快，且此現象持續到中年。

美國許多心臟病篩檢和預防計畫，都專注於40歲以上的成年人。此研究結果表明，醫生可能忽略1個重要的早期介入窗口。

研究團隊表示，心血管疾病仍然是男性和女性主要死亡原因，因此預防對每個人都至關重要。

研究人員強調，研究結果鼓勵年輕男性進行預防性保健就診，此舉可能是改善心臟健康和降低心血管疾病風險的重要機會。
