Mercato Mission Accomplished: Al-Nasr Saudi Arabia Sets Sights on Rabiot Signing
Saudi Al-Nasr Club Eyes French Midfielder Adrien Rabiot
Recent media reports have shed light on Saudi Al-Nasr Club’s interest in signing French midfielder Adrien Rabiot, a talented player currently without a club.
Although the summer transfer window in Saudi Arabia closed last Monday, Saudi Professional League clubs are still permitted to sign players who are not under contract with other teams.
Rabiot, who parted ways with Italian side Juventus at the end of the previous season, is now a free agent and eligible to be signed by any club.
According to Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport, Al-Nasr has offered Rabiot a lucrative annual salary of 20 million euros, a significant offer that could sway the player’s decision.
Al-Nasr has initiated negotiations with Rabiot’s mother and agent, Véronique Rabiot, to finalize the deal and bring the 29-year-old midfielder to the Saudi Professional League.
Rabiot’s name has been linked to several European clubs in recent times, including Italian giants Milan, but a deal has yet to materialize, leaving the door open for Al-Nasr to secure his services.
