Alasdair Cripps, CEO and CIO of Mesirow Institutional Real ⁢Estate Direct, stated that Fund V will concentrate on multifamily‍ assets in key U.S. metropolitan areas, expanding on a platform with over $8.5 billion in assets under management. This real estate value fund aims⁤ to capitalize on strategic opportunities in the multifamily sector.
