A Life Well-Lived

Michael Foot, beloved son ​of Kathleen, passed away peacefully at his home in St. John’s, Newfoundland, on October 19th, 2025. He was a man who radiated warmth and kindness,and his passing leaves a void in the lives​ of all who knew him.​ He had ​relocated to St.john’s wiht his wife,Andrea,four years prior,after living in Doha.

Michael possessed a remarkable ability to connect with peopel. He loved to chat and genuinely engaged with their stories, always listening with an open heart. His ‍words resonated deeply with those who heard them, and he had a unique gift ⁤for making everyone feel seen and valued.

Family and Friends

His loss is deeply felt by⁢ his family in the UK – John, Gill, Tom, James, ‌and Helen. They will miss him profoundly, as will all who‍ were blessed enough to have known him.

Michael was‌ also embraced by a second family, the one​ he married into. Despite ‍jokingly lamenting​ a ​lack of ​cousins, he was welcomed with open arms into a large and loving family.He quickly became an integral part of ⁤their lives, bringing⁢ joy, laughter, and a strong sense of belonging.

He is survived ⁢by his wife, Andrea, and their⁢ extended family: Joanne, Ches, Greg, Brooke, Henri,⁢ and, ‍most importantly, Luna, ​the light of his life.
