Four siblings who were once close associates of Michael Jackson have filed a lawsuit against his estate, alleging they were sexually abused and manipulated by the late pop star during the 1990s. The plaintiffs — Edward, Dominic, and Aldo Cascio, along with their sister Marie-Nicole Porte — claim Jackson drugged, raped, and sexually assaulted them over a period of years, beginning when some were as young as seven or eight years old.

The lawsuit, filed in California federal court in February 2026, asserts that Jackson’s employees facilitated and concealed the alleged abuse, and that representatives of his estate later pressured the siblings into signing a non-disclosure agreement under false pretenses. According to the complaint, this agreement was designed to prevent them from speaking about the abuse they endured.

The plaintiffs allege that Jackson was a “serial child predator” who engaged in a pattern of grooming and brainwashing that left them unable to seek help or even recognize the abuse for years afterward. They claim the manipulation was so profound that it persisted long after Jackson’s death in 2009, affecting their ability to come forward.

The legal action includes claims of child sex trafficking, negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of contract, and fraud. The siblings are seeking monetary damages and a court ruling that the non-disclosure agreement they signed be declared void.

Attorney Marty Singer, representing the Michael Jackson estate, dismissed the lawsuit as a “desperate” attempt to secure a “multimillion-dollar payday” by individuals who had previously defended Jackson publicly. He characterized the claims as unfounded and motivated by financial gain.

The case has drawn renewed attention to long-standing allegations against Jackson, echoing earlier controversies such as those featured in the documentary Leaving Neverland. While Jackson was acquitted in a 2005 criminal trial related to similar accusations, civil lawsuits and public scrutiny have continued in the years since his death.

The Cascio siblings state they remained loyal to Jackson for years due to the psychological control they allege he exerted over them. Only after breaking free from what they describe as a prolonged campaign of manipulation did they feel able to pursue legal action.

As of April 2026, the lawsuit is ongoing in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. No trial date has been set, and the estate continues to deny all allegations.
