AKRON, Ohio – The No. 20 Michigan Wolverines women’s basketball team delivered a dominant performance Friday afternoon, cruising past Akron 96-55 in their final non-conference matchup. The Wolverines (10-2) showcased their offensive firepower, hitting a season-high 12 three-pointers and forcing 29 turnovers en route to a convincing victory.

Greta Kampschroeder led the charge for Michigan, pouring in a career-best 23 points, including five three-pointers. Jordan Hobbs added 13 points, while Yulia Grabovskaia and Olivia Olson chipped in with 12 and 11 points, respectively. With the win, Michigan heads into the holiday break with momentum. The Wolverines will resume Big Ten play on December 29th, facing a tough road test against No. 7 USC before taking on No.1 UCLA on January 1st.
