Ottawa, ON ⁣- Fantasy hockey managers who took a chance on Shane Pinto on Friday night were rewarded handsomely. The Ottawa ⁣Senators center snapped a 15-game point drought, scoring twice to‍ lead his team to a 3-0 shutout victory over ⁤the Carolina Hurricanes.

PintoS last point came on October 19th, and his⁣ last goal even further back on opening night. The ⁣return of Josh Norris from injury this season pushed Pinto⁢ down the lineup, limiting his ⁣scoring opportunities.

“It feels good to finally get on the board again,” Pinto said after ⁢the game. “I’ve been working hard and it’s nice to see it pay ⁢off.”

Pinto wasn’t the only Senator to shine on Friday. Linemates Michael Amadio and nick Cousins⁤ each tallied two assists, while nick Jensen added a goal and an assist with a plus-3‍ rating. While Amadio and Cousins haven’t reached⁢ fantasy relevance in standard leagues, Pinto’s resurgence could elevate their production.

Jensen, meanwhile, continues to quietly produce from the blueline. With 13⁤ points in 29 games, including five in⁢ his last six, he’s become a valuable asset in deeper leagues.

In net, linus Ullmark continued his⁣ recent strong play, recording his second shutout of the season. Ullmark has now allowed just three goals over his ⁢last four ‍starts, winning all four. He’s also strung together six consecutive quality starts, solidifying his status as a reliable fantasy option.

— Dobber‍ (@DobberHockey) Can Kochetkov Be the Key to Unlocking ⁤the Senators’ Playoff Potential?

Ottawa Senators fans have been yearning for consistent goaltending, and rookie⁤ Pyotr Kochetkov might just be the answer.

After a tough 4-2 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes on Friday night, the Senators are still searching for their identity this season. But amidst ⁤the defeat,Kochetkov shone, allowing just two⁢ goals on 21 shots.⁤ This marks back-to-back quality starts for the young ‍netminder, offering a glimmer ⁣of hope for a team desperate for⁢ stability between the pipes.

“He’s been giving us a chance to win every night,” Senators⁣ coach D.J. Smith said of Kochetkov. “He’s making big saves and keeping⁤ us in games.”

If ⁢Kochetkov can‍ continue to deliver this level of goaltending, the Senators,‍ who currently ⁢sit outside the⁤ playoff picture, ‍might just have a shot at making a postseason run.

Around the League:

The Hurricanes, along with the Islanders, are the only⁢ teams enjoying a break on Saturday, giving them ‍a chance to regroup⁢ before their next matchup.

In a⁤ move that bolsters their forward depth, the⁣ Vegas‍ Golden Knights signed winger Keegan Kolesar to a‍ three-year, $7.5 million extension. Kolesar, known for his physicality and hitting prowess, is on pace for a career-high 31 points this season.

Weekend Streaming Stars:

With every team in action this weekend, fantasy hockey managers have a plethora of options ⁢to choose from. ‍Here are a few players who could provide a boost⁤ to your roster:

Dylan Holloway (LW, St. Louis Blues): As Jim montgomery took over as head coach, Holloway has been on fire, racking up 11 ⁤points in a ⁢seven-game point streak that ended on Thursday.

Kent Johnson⁣ (C, Columbus Blue Jackets): Johnson is quickly becoming a must-own fantasy ⁢asset, with five points in his last three games and a⁢ point-per-game average ‍for the season.

Damon Severson (D, Columbus⁢ Blue Jackets): Severson provides steady production from the blue line, with 16 points in 29 games.

Jared Spurgeon (D, Minnesota Wild): Despite a recent scoring drought, Spurgeon remains a valuable fantasy asset due to his⁢ power-play time and consistent‍ ice time.

* Victor Olofsson (RW, Vegas Golden Knights): Olofsson⁣ has quietly been heating up, with four goals and six points in his last nine ⁢games. His recent promotion to the top power play unit ⁣makes him an⁤ intriguing option.

fantasy Hockey ⁤waiver Wire: Last-Minute Weekend Pickups

With the fantasy hockey playoffs looming, every point counts. Here are some under-the-radar players who could give your⁢ team a boost ⁢this weekend.

Forwards:

Victor Olofsson (BUF): Looking for a sneaky source of goals?⁢ Olofsson has quietly been heating up,⁢ racking up points in his last few games. If guys ‍like [connor] Holloway and [Tyler] Johnson are already taken in your league, Olofsson is ⁢a deeper reach that will probably be available (3% Yahoo). Max Pacioretty (TOR): Maybe Pacioretty ⁢is gearing up for one ⁤last hurrah in fantasy leagues. on Thursday, Patches factored in all⁣ three of the Leafs’ goals, scoring two of them⁤ and assisting on the other. He’s ⁤also been skating on a⁤ scoring line with John Tavares and William Nylander.‍ Pacioretty is far from a long-term option given his injury history and declining results, but he could help give ⁤you that final ⁣push over the weekend.

Goalies:

Samuel ersson (PHI) & Marc-Andre Fleury (MIN): These two⁤ netminders are set to ‍face each ⁢other⁣ in an early game Saturday. The Wild have⁤ been a bit of a surprising success‍ story this‍ season, while the 40-year-old Fleury has been hot recently with three wins and four ‍quality⁢ starts in his ⁣last⁤ four games. If you need to save your goaltending this week, Flower is definitely worth ⁣a stream (17% Yahoo). Just note⁤ that this⁤ is an early game,so you’ll need to set your roster by 2 pm ET/11 am PT. Ersson⁢ also ⁤happens to be rostered‍ in 17% of‍ Yahoo‍ leagues if Fleury is also spoken for or you ‍really ‍think the Flyers will win.

Anton Forsberg (OTT): forsberg is likely ‍to get the start ‍for the Senators in the‍ second game of a back-to-back.

Tiny Homes, ⁤Big Dreams: Millennials Fueling a‍ Housing Revolution

Across the country, a new generation⁣ is redefining the American ‍Dream,‍ trading sprawling McMansions for compact, sustainable living‍ spaces.

Millennials,‍ facing soaring housing costs and a desire for minimalist lifestyles, ⁣are⁤ increasingly turning to tiny homes. These pint-sized dwellings, often under 400 square feet, offer affordability, versatility, and a reduced environmental footprint.

“It’s about living intentionally,” says Sarah Jones, a ⁣28-year-old graphic designer who recently moved into⁤ a custom-built tiny home in Portland, Oregon. “I⁢ wanted to downsize, simplify my life, and have more financial freedom.”

Jones’ ⁢story is becoming ⁢increasingly common.⁤ Tiny home communities⁤ are popping ⁣up nationwide, ⁢from urban centers to rural landscapes. These communities offer a sense of belonging and shared values, fostering a unique lifestyle‍ that prioritizes community and sustainability.

The tiny home ‍movement isn’t just about⁣ aesthetics; it’s a response to a changing economic ⁢and social‍ landscape. Millennials, burdened by ⁢student loan debt and facing a competitive housing market, are seeking option solutions.

“Tiny homes allow us to own a piece‍ of ⁣the American Dream without the crushing financial burden of a traditional mortgage,” says ⁣David Lee, founder of⁤ a tiny home building company in Austin, Texas. “It’s about reclaiming control over our lives and our finances.”

The movement also reflects a growing awareness of environmental concerns. Tiny homes, with their⁢ smaller ⁤footprint and energy-efficient designs, offer a more sustainable way of living.

While the tiny home‍ movement faces challenges,‍ such as zoning regulations and financing options, its ⁣popularity continues to ⁤grow. As more millennials embrace this alternative lifestyle, the tiny home revolution is poised to reshape the future of American housing.

Career‍ Resurgence Fuels ⁤Senators Win, Fantasy implications ⁣Abound

Ottawa, ON – ⁣Shane Pinto’s offensive slump⁤ is officially ⁢over, and fantasy hockey managers couldn’t be happier.

Pinto snapped a 15-game point drought in style, leading teh Ottawa Senators to a 3-0 shutout victory over the Carolina Hurricanes with a two-goal performance. This outburst couldn’t have⁣ come at a better time for Pinto and those who invested⁣ in

him, and‍ it raises intriguing questions about his potential fantasy⁤ impact ⁣moving forward.

Interview with DobberHockey Analyst, [Analyst Name]

NewsDirectory3.com: shane Pinto’s⁢ goal drought was a major concern for fantasy⁢ managers. How do you see this performance affecting his value moving forward?

[Analyst Name]: This⁢ is a huge confidence booster for Pinto. The return of Josh Norris pushed him down the lineup, limiting his opportunities. But, tonight shows that he can still be a difference-maker offensively. I expect his ice⁣ time ⁣to increase, and we could see ⁤him get more power play time as well. keep a close eye on him, as Pinto could be a steal in the coming weeks.

NewsDirectory3.com: Michael Amadio and Nick Cousins also had productive nights. Are they‍ worth⁢ considering in fantasy leagues?

[Analyst Name]: It depends on the league size ‍and format. Both were beneficiaries of Pinto’s strong night, and they’ve shown flashes of potential. But, they’re unlikely ⁤to be consistent fantasy contributors unless they find more consistent ⁣playing time with Pinto.

NewsDirectory3.com: Linus Ullmark continues his strong play. Is he a reliable ⁣fantasy ⁣option now?

[Analyst Name]: Ullmark has been excellent, and he’s solidified himself ⁢as a reliable fantasy option even in a platoon situation. With the Senators playing competitive hockey and Ullmark performing at‍ a high level, he’s‍ a valuable⁢ asset for any fantasy team.

NewsDirectory3.com: The Senators have been inconsistent this season. Can Pinto’s resurgence help them ⁤make a playoff push?

[Analyst Name]: The Senators have shown glimpses of their potential, but they need more consistency. Pinto’s offense is crucial to their success, and if he can keep this up, it will certainly help their playoff chances.
