Mighty Hoopla Festival: A Vibrant Party of Pop Music

Mighty Hoopla festival provided a much-needed dose of pop music and celebration. The London festival in Brockwell Park featured a lineup of pop icons, drag stars, and diverse musical styles. The sun shone as fans dressed in outrageous outfits flocked to see thier favorite performers.
Jamelia drew a large crowd with hits like “Superstar” and her rendition of Sam Brown’s “Stop.” JoJo, in a metallic outfit, performed her signature songs, “Leave (Get Out)” and “Too Little Too late,” with a surprise appearance by Craig David. Tom Rasmussen showcased songs from their album, live wire.

Jade’s set was a highlight, featuring solo singles, a Shania Twain-inspired outfit, and a Madonna mashup. She also delivered a message of solidarity, denouncing homophobia and transphobia.
On Sunday, Girls Don’t Sync, a Liverpool DJ collective, took over the Bump stage. Pixie Lott revealed she is expecting her second child during her performance. Kesha, in a tutu and cowboy hat, performed “Timber” and “We Are Who We Are,” the latter with performers waving Trans Pride flags.The Mighty Hoopla festival excelled at celebrating pop acts and inclusive themes.

Festival organizers are already planning for next year’s event, promising an even bigger and more diverse lineup of pop music and drag performances. Fans can expect more outrageous outfits, singalongs, and messages of solidarity at the next Mighty Hoopla.
