Sgarbi said the theme, suggested by Italian philosopher massimo Cacciari, immediately resonated with her. ”that word, ‘intelligence,’ I found it immediately adequate for Milanesiana, for its broad sense and for the infinite nuances in which to swim inside,” Sgarbi said.
The festival program includes literature, music, science, art, comics, ideology, theater, and economics. This year’s Milanesiana will span 19 cities, featuring 64 events between May and July.
