The new owner is Anita Verma Lalian, a real estate developer and film producer from Scottsdale, Arizona, according to the New York Times.
This luxurious home was built in 1965 and purchased by Matthew Perry in 2020 for $6 million. The property features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a swimming pool, which was added by Perry. The house also boasts a unique Batman-themed decoration, which Perry affectionately referred to as “Matman.”
