Milwaukee Tool continues to expand its already extensive catalog with a wave of new products slated for release throughout 2026. While much of the attention at recent trade shows has focused on heavy-duty construction equipment, the company is also rolling out a diverse range of tools and accessories aimed at professionals, homeowners and DIY enthusiasts. These additions span electrical testing, safety gear, measuring tools, storage solutions, and specialized power tools, building upon existing popular systems like the Packout modular storage line.

Electrical Testing and Safety

Milwaukee is bolstering its offerings for electrical professionals with a new generation of testers. The Digital GFCI Receptacle Tester (rated CAT II, 300V) is designed for quick assessment of ground-fault circuit interrupters – critical safety devices found in areas prone to moisture. The tester indicates wiring conditions, including reversed hot/neutral, open circuits, and correct wiring. Bundled with this will be updated voltage testers, available in both LED and non-LED versions, offering standard and dual-range capabilities. The Milwaukee Dual Range Voltage Detector (model 3208-20) is expected to arrive before April 2026, featuring both visual and audible indicators for detecting low voltage (12-49 volts) and high voltage (50-1,000 volts).

Enhanced Jobsite Safety

Expanding its line of personal protective equipment, Milwaukee is introducing polarized and non-polarized wrap-around safety glasses. Both models share a similar design with soft nose pads and temple arms for comfort, and large lenses providing a wide field of view with an anti-scratch coating. The polarized version (model 48-73-2500) aims to reduce glare, while the non-polarized option caters to users who prefer unobstructed vision in certain conditions, such as identifying icy surfaces. The glasses are impact-rated to ANSI/ISEA Z87.1+ and CSA Z94.3 standards and include a microfiber soft case.

Precision Marking and Measurement

Recognizing the importance of accurate marking in carpentry and other trades, Milwaukee is entering the mechanical pencil market. The Milwaukee Mechanical Pencil (48-22-3301) features a unique sharpening mechanism built into its protective sheath, allowing for one-handed operation. It will ship with a starter pack of graphite refills, with additional graphite (48-22-3302) and color (48-22-3303 – including red and yellow leads) refill packs also available. The pencil’s design prioritizes impact resistance and access to tight spaces.

Expanding the Packout Ecosystem

Milwaukee’s popular Packout modular storage system is gaining several new additions in 2026. These include a variety of dividers designed to customize crate interiors and maximize organization. The XL Crate-compatible divider (model 48-22-8039) allows for integration of Packout toolbox attachments within larger crates. New crates themselves are also being introduced, including the XL Crate (48-22-8439) with a 75-pound capacity and the Compact Crate (48-22-8437) with a 30-pound capacity. The Low-Profile Crate (48-22-8438) features adjustable dividers, and a specialized Wire Pulling XL Crate (48-22-8043) is designed to hold and dispense up to six spools of 12-gauge THHN wire.

Specialized Tools for Professionals

Rounding out the new product lineup is the M18 Pipe Threading Oiler (model 3874-20). Designed to work in conjunction with Milwaukee’s M18 Fuel Pipe Threader, this cordless oiler delivers lubricant directly to the cutting die during pipe threading. This improves thread quality, removes debris, reduces heat, and extends the life of the threading dies. The oiler features a three-stage filtration system and a self-contained, sealed basin for easy transport and cleanup. This addition demonstrates Milwaukee’s continued commitment to expanding its M18 cordless system with specialized tools for professional trades.
