Mink Saraburi Falls to Ricky Walden in World Professional ⁤Snooker Tournament

The English Open 2024 global professional‌ snooker tournament is underway at Brentwood Leisure Centre in Brentwood, England, with a ⁤prize ‍pool of £550,400 (approximately 24.2 million baht).

Natcharat Wongharutai, also known as “Mink ⁤Saraburi,” Thailand’s 2022 Women’s World Champion and currently​ ranked 108‍ in the world, faced off against‌ England’s⁤ Ricky Walden, ranked 37 globally, on the⁢ night of September 16, 2024.

Walden, a three-time world-class professional tournament winner,⁢ dominated the competition, leaving Mink Saraburi unable to resist, ultimately losing 0-4 frames and being ⁤eliminated from the tournament. Despite her loss, Mink ⁣Saraburi took home ‍a consolation prize of⁢ 1,000‌ pounds, approximately 43,000 baht.
