Miracle in the Midst of War: How Esad Younis Saved Maryam Al-Jundi from the Brink of Death
Maryam El Gendy’s Near-Death Experience and Essad Younes’ Heroic Act
Renowned Egyptian artist, Maryam El Gendy, recently shared a shocking revelation about her childhood. In a heart-stopping incident, she almost drowned, but was saved by none other than the legendary star, Essad Younes.
During a television interview, Maryam El Gendy recounted the story to Essad Younes, who surprisingly didn’t recall the event. She explained that the incident occurred at a gathering of artists, where her late father, Mahmoud El Gendy, was also present. With a swimming pool in sight, Maryam, being a curious young girl, decided to take a chance and walk on water, inspired by cartoon characters. However, she lost her balance and fell into the pool.
Fortunately, Essad Younes was the only person who noticed Maryam’s struggle and immediately rushed to her rescue. While everyone else, including her parents, burst into laughter, thinking it was a joke, Essad Younes sprang into action and saved her life.
Maryam El Gendy is currently preparing for her upcoming role in the series “Al-Ataula 2”, set to premiere in the coming weeks. The series boasts an impressive cast, including Ahmed Al-Sakka, Tariq Lotfi, Zeina, Bassem Samra, Fifi Abdo, Nisrin Amin, Noha Abdin, and Mustafa Abu Saree, under the direction of Ahmed Khaled Musa.
