Edan Performs at Sha Tin Racecourse, Addresses Scandal with Lu Juian

The new horse racing season kicked off on September 8, with MIRROR member Edan making a guest appearance at Sha Tin Racecourse for the “2024/25 Horse Racing Season Opening Day”. Edan’s performance drew a large crowd of fans, who queued up early in the morning to catch a glimpse of their idol.

Edan took to the debut ring after the last race, performing popular songs like “My Apple Pie”, “Moonlight Sonata”, and “Again!”. This was Edan’s first time trying his luck at a racecourse, and he jokingly referred to himself as a “djinn” as he borrowed a colleague’s account to place two bets. Although he didn’t win, Edan found the experience refreshing.

Edan Addresses Scandal with Lu Juian

Edan also addressed the recent scandal involving Malaysian goddess Lim Ming-chen, who is set to arrive in Hong Kong on the 13th of this month for a meeting. This will be her first public appearance since the scandal broke out. Edan asked the media to be “lenient” and offered to answer any questions they may have.

Edan admitted to knowing Lim Ming-chen and asked for space, saying “Everyone give me some space.” He also promised to share any good news with the public, saying “If there is good news, let everyone know.” When asked about Lim Ming-chen’s whereabouts, Edan replied, “Am’ doesn’t know, ‘Am’ will tell everyone if she knows.”

No Private Contact with Yuan Lilin

Regarding rumors of an affair with Yuan Lilin, who recently joined the Hong Kong Women’s League One Football Club, Edan stated that he was aware of the news but didn’t know the details. He also denied having any private contact with Yuan Lilin, saying that they had no personal connection beyond her love of sports.
