MJF, the former AEW world champion, is hinting at a return to Arena Mexico, less than a year after his initial CMLL debut. This time, his target is Mistico, a major icon in Lucha Libre.
During this week’s AEW Dynamite,MJF verbally attacked Mistico,questioning his claim as the world’s best wrestler. He dismissed mistico as “a big fish in a small stinky pond” and proposed a challenge. MJF stated that if Mistico wins at next week’s AEW Summer Blockbuster and impresses him, they will face each other at Grand Slam Mexico later in June. This potential match would be their first singles competition.
