CHIRIQUÍ, Panama – The Movement Another Road (Moca) party has begun laying the groundwork for the 2029 general elections, according to Eduviges Rodríguez, provisional president of Moca’s Board of Directors. Rodríguez made the declaration in Chiriquí province.
