At the time the light signal changed to red,the distance between the two cars was only 30 meters,with a considerable speed differential.
The commissioners concluded that the overtaking was a result of the vehicle’s momentum and the close proximity, and that Stroll took all reasonable measures to slow down appropriately. Thus, no further action was taken.
