The Prime Minister also extended gratitude to those providing essential services during the festive season. This included health professionals, transport workers, firefighters, security forces, military personnel, and journalists.
Montenegro also acknowledged the plight of families affected by ongoing conflicts, specifically mentioning those impacted by wars in Africa, the Middle East, and ukraine.
