Race Recap: Early Contact and Shifting Positions
A fierce battle unfolded at the beginning of the second lap, with contact occurring between Marc Marquez and Alex Marquez. Marc Marquez emerged from the exchange in second place, closely pursuing the race leader, while Fabio Quartararo and Pedro Acosta remained in contention. Alex Marquez initially maintained the lead.
As the race progressed into the middle stages, Alex Marquez continued to lead, establishing a 0.6-second advantage over Marc Marquez. Fabio Quartararo remained within striking distance, trailing Marc by 0.8 seconds.Though, pedro Acosta experienced a setback, dropping to fifth place after being overtaken by Fabio Di giannantonio.
Multiple Crashes Disrupt the Field
The eighth lap saw crashes from Jorge Martin and Franco Morbidelli. Further incidents followed in the fifth corner,with Lorenzo Aldeguer losing control and colliding with Luca marini (previously reported as Bezzecchi). Aldeguer initiated the crash, making contact with Marini.
Alex marquez’s Late-Race Fall and Marc’s Ascent
the race dynamics shifted dramatically with three laps remaining when Alex Marquez crashed in the 10th corner. This incident propelled Marc Marquez into the lead. At this point, Quartararo was trailing Marc by almost two seconds.
