Lys Mousset, the former Premier league striker, has left bohemians FC after a six-month stint, the club confirmed. mousset,28,previously played for Bournemouth and Sheffield United,racking up over 90 appearances in England’s top division. His career then took him to France and Germany before landing at Dalymount Park.
His arrival followed a successful trial, generating considerable interest given his €13 million price tag when he initially joined Sheffield United. Though, Mousset faced challenges regaining match fitness after a year on the sidelines.
Despite several starts and substitute appearances, mousset scored only one goal for the Gypsies, a winning goal against Sligo Rovers in May.
