When sentenced to cancer, the doctor suggested Mpok ALPA undergoing chemotherapy despite being pregnant. The condition made him in a dilemma, especially before childbirth he was asked to choose between the safety of him or the baby.
“When he was convicted with the doctor he had to carry out the chemo in a condition of pregnancy he was confused, when he wanted to born he was told to choose the doctor, ‘Want to choose his child or mother’. He said ‘Congratulations my child’, he always said that,” explained Tika.

“He runs the chemo he finished in Malaysia, finally it makes a hair loss, right, making it falling to the bald. He said that it was easy to tika if this could be prepared using a wig,” said Tika.
Despite often feeling pain while working, Mpok Alapan always tries to strengthen him.
“Whatever he felt when he was suddenly in pain, he suddenly felt ‘Oh God he was strong, oh my God, I was strong, but he always convinced himself I was strong, I was strong in my health’,” said Tika.
In front of the camera, Mpok ALPA still maintains his joy even though behind it hides pain.
“He must cover up all of that, in front of the camera must be cheerful,” he concluded.
