Aidan O’Brien and Ryan Moore each celebrated two victories at The Curragh on Wednesday evening, while Mr Percy and Gazelle D’Or took top honors in the €50,000 Sky Bet handicaps.
Mr Percy (2/1),trained by Joseph O’Brien,secured a spot in the Sky Bet Ebor at york in August after winning the Sky Bet Race To The Ebor Handicap. Jockey Wayne Hassett, a five-pound claimer, guided the Sir Percy offspring to a narrow neck victory, carrying 8 stone 7 pounds.
Jabbar (25/1),trained by Ger O’Leary,finished second,followed by Noel Meade’s Helvic Dream (25/1),ridden by Dylan Browne mcmonagle.
Gazelle D’Or (14/1), trained by Michael Grassick, won the €50,000 Sky Bet Handicap.
