After investigation, the police found that the deceased woman took a taxi to Waterfall Bay Park in Aberdeen, Hong Kong, with the male suspect at about 11 pm on October 27, and went up to the top of the waterfall. Nearly 40 minutes later, the male suspect hurriedly left in a taxi. , there was no trace of the deceased woman at that time, and she was found dead at the bottom of the waterfall the next morning.

The police quickly identified the male suspect and rushed to his residence, only to find that he and his wife had left Hong Kong for the mainland. At about 5 pm on the 29th, the male suspect was arrested by the police when he returned to Hong Kong with his wife at the West Kowloon High Speed Rail Station.

It is reported that the arrested British man married his Hong Kong wife and settled in Hong Kong to engage in small business. The arrested man admitted that he went to Waterfall Bay Park with the deceased woman before the incident. Since he did not call the police immediately and hurriedly left for the mainland with his wife the next morning, the police believed that the incident was suspicious.

According to sources, someone revealed to the police that the arrested man had been having an extramarital affair with the deceased. On the day of the incident, he broke up with the deceased. The deceased became emotional and suddenly jumped off a cliff. He went to the bottom of the waterfall to check and found the deceased floating face down in the water. He was suspected of being afraid and left the scene without calling the police.

When explaining the case, the police stated that the deceased was hit on the head with a hard object and was believed to have drowned in the water. The deceased had wounds ranging from 2 to 4 centimeters long on his forehead and back of his head, and minor injuries to his limbs, but his clothes and belongings were intact. The investigation also found that the deceased was a domestic helper who had been in Hong Kong for 3 to 4 years, but did not work in the home of the two arrested persons.

Police said, “There was some relevant evidence that disappeared from the male suspect for no reason. A lot of things were very unreasonable.” The case is full of doubts.
