The press tour for Industry season four is in full swing, and stars Myha’la Herrold and Marisa Abela are proving to be a stylish and inseparable duo. Between appearances at the BAFTAs and the Burberry fall 2026 show, the pair have been navigating London’s fashion and entertainment scene side-by-side.
Following a night celebrating with their Industry colleagues at the BAFTAs, Herrold and Abela connected before the Burberry show. Abela shared with Vogue that she met Herrold at The Twenty Two hotel for Japanese food on North Audley Street, continuing a pattern of close companionship.
Getting ready together has become a ritual for the two friends, extending beyond premieres and nights out to include even Abela’s recent wedding. They’ve streamlined the process, with Abela describing a division of labor. “I think I take longer than Myha’la in the preparation department—makeup, hair, clothes, all of that’s me,” she explained. “But Myha’la’s overall ritual is the longer one: matchas, music, making videos, taking pictures. So when we’re getting ready together, we either balance each other or it takes twice as long…”
Music plays a key role in their pre-event routines. “We were really feeling Robyn today! I played “Show Me Love” off her 1995 album twice,” Herrold said. “Incredible feel-good, hopeful vibes to give us a boost before facing the rain!”
The positive energy clearly translated to their appearance at the Burberry show. After posing for photographs, the two were quick to identify their favorite pieces from the collection. Abela noted their shared admiration for a particular item. “We both LOVED the light fur coat with the embellishment on the bottom that was crazy,” she said. “I think Myha’la would kill in that look.” Herrold, meanwhile, was captivated by the footwear. “I feel like generally people have been afraid to make a truly sexy shoe,” she observed. “The first shoe stomping across the runway was a very high dusty pink pump with decorative hardware and a slutty little Mary Jane-esque strap. It set me off!”
The dynamic between Herrold and Abela extends beyond shared events and fashion choices. Their close friendship is a visible element of the Industry world, and their collaborative spirit seems to carry over into their personal lives. The show, which follows a group of young financiers in the cutthroat world of London investment banking, has seen its filming wrapped in August 2025, with the fourth season premiering in January 2026. The series has welcomed new faces like Kiernan Shipka, Max Minghella, and Kal Penn, alongside returning cast members Ken Leung and Sagar Radia.
Season four sees Harper (Myha’la) and Yasmin (Marisa Abela) embroiled in a high-stakes game involving a new fintech company. Yasmin’s relationship with tech founder Sir Henry Muck (Kit Harington) and Harper’s connection with executive Whitney Halberstram (Minghella) are central to the season’s narrative, creating tension and challenging their friendship. The absence of Rob (Harry Lawtey), whose storyline concluded in the previous season, is also felt.
Abela’s recent marriage to Jamie Bogyo in September further cemented the bond within the Industry cast, with Herrold as a member of the bridal party and Harington and Shipka among the guests. This off-screen camaraderie appears to be a significant part of the show’s success, fostering a collaborative environment that extends from the set to the red carpet.
The behind-the-scenes glimpses shared on social media by the cast and creators reveal a close-knit group enjoying their time together. The show’s exploration of ambition, power, and relationships continues to resonate with audiences, and the real-life connections between the actors add another layer of intrigue to the world of Industry. The series’ ability to capture the complexities of modern finance and the personal lives of those within it has established it as a compelling and culturally relevant drama.
With season four underway, and Herrold and Abela continuing to navigate the industry spotlight together, the future looks bright for both the show and its stars. Their friendship, style, and talent are making a significant impact on the entertainment landscape, and their continued collaboration promises to deliver more captivating stories both on and off screen.
