Vietnam Ventures Limited Fund under VinaCapital has successfully sold 9.54 million KDH shares of Khang Dien House Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company out of a total of 11.9 million shares registered for sale. The trading period was from August 22 to September 20. The fund continues to register to sell 2.43 million KDH shares for the purpose of restructuring its investment portfolio, with the transaction expected to take place from September 27 to October 26.

PVD: DC Developing Markets Strategies Public Limited Company Reduces Ownership

DC Developing Markets Strategies Public Limited Company, a member fund of Dragon Capital, sold 500,000 PVD shares of PetroVietnam Drilling and Well Services Corporation (PV Drilling) on September 19, reducing its ownership ratio to 4.9%. It officially ceased to be a major shareholder at PV Drilling on September 23.

NLG: Chairman Registers to Sell Shares

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Quang, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nam Long Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: NLG), has registered to sell 2 million NLG shares to restructure his personal finances. The transaction is expected to take place from September 30 to October 29, reducing his ownership ratio to 9.9%. Notably, previously, Mr. Quang’s two sons, Nguyen Nam and Nguyen Hiep, registered to buy a total of 2 million NLG shares, the same amount of shares and within the time period their father registered to sell.
