ND3: giovanni, congratulations on your upcoming cameo in “Uonderbois”! This is quite a departure from your usual routine on the pitch. What prompted you to take on this acting challenge?
Di Lorenzo: Thanks! To be honest,when the possibility arose,I couldn’t resist. I’ve always been a fan of Nino D’Angelo and Geolier’s music, so being able to work alongside them was incredible. Plus, I thought it would be fun to try somthing completely new and step outside my comfort zone.
ND3: Can you tell us anything about your role in the series?
Di Lorenzo: I don’t want to give away too much, but I play myself! It’s a brief cameo, but it was a lot of fun to film.
ND3: How was the experience of transitioning from the intensity of professional soccer to the world of acting?
Di Lorenzo: It was definitely different! On the field, everything is about focus and adrenaline. acting requires a different kind of energy and concentration. I had a great time learning from the experienced cast and crew.
ND3: This move has certainly excited your fans. What kind of reaction have you gotten?
Di Lorenzo: The response has been overwhelmingly positive. Everyone seems intrigued to see me in a new light.It’s been really heartwarming.
ND3: Would you consider pursuing more acting opportunities in the future?
Di Lorenzo: For now, my priority remains Napoli and winning more trophies. But who knows what the future holds? I’m definitely open to exploring new challenges.
