The Quality Health Information for All Commission aims to address the growing problem of misinformation and its impact on public health, particularly as amplified by generative artificial intelligence (AI).

The commission, announced in collaboration with Nature Medicine, seeks to promote equitable access to trustworthy health information and to establish health communication as a distinct public health discipline. This comes as concerns mount over the spread of false and misleading information, which the World Economic Forum and the United Nations have identified as top-tier global risks.
