The operation,conducted in collaboration with the Sonora Attorney General’s Office and the agency for Criminal Inquiry (AMIC),resulted in the seizure of a staggering 750 kilograms of finished product and 1,660 liters of precursor chemicals.

The finding came during a routine aerial patrol by semar personnel who spotted suspicious activity in the area.Upon inquiry, they uncovered the hidden lab, effectively neutralizing a significant source of illicit drugs.

“This operation demonstrates our unwavering commitment to combating the production and distribution of dangerous narcotics,” said a Semar spokesperson. “We will continue to work tirelessly with our partners to disrupt criminal networks and protect our communities.”

This bust in Sonora is part of a nationwide crackdown on drug trafficking that has seen a surge in raids, arrests, and seizures across the country in recent weeks.
