“En el Barro” Season 2 Trailer Released, Focusing on Gladys Guerra
Netflix released the first trailer for the second season of “En el Barro” – the spin-off of “El Marginal” – on January 16, 2026. The new season will premiere on February 2, 2026. The trailer does not feature Argentinian actress China Suárez, whose potential role as a VIP prostitute within the series generated prior discussion.
The trailer centers on the return of Gladys Guerra, portrayed by Ana Garibaldi, also known as “La Borges.” According to a post on CheNetflix, the accompanying text reads: “Gladys returned to La Quebrada. Here’s a little of what’s coming in the second season of En el Barro.”
In the first season, Guerra nearly gained her freedom through an arrangement with Antín, the former corrupt director of the prison.
