Roughly half of the apartments offer three or four bedrooms to address regional housing needs for larger families, including 45 dedicated four-bedroom units. Residents will have access to amenities including a clubhouse, a multipurpose community room, landscaped courtyards, and a playground. Located near South High Street, the property provides public transit access and sits close to downtown Columbus, German Village, the Brewery District, and Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
