An artistic commission comprised of music industry professionals will oversee the selection process. Franco Zanetti, editorial director of Rockol, will lead the commission, which includes Livio Magnini (bluvertigo), Valentina Marturano (Sony Music), Eugenia Borgonovo (Sugar), Lucio Schirria (Universal Music Italia), Giulia Mazzetta (Columbia/Sony), Veronic Vezzles (Epic/Sony), Marcello Balestra, Annalaura Avanzi, Manuela Colli, and Ivan buter.
Workshop and Prizes
The voting phase,a combination of online and live judging,will take place from May 6-19.User votes will account for 20% of the final score, with the commission’s assessment making up the remaining 80%. The 20 to 25 selected projects will participate in an intensive workshop from June 26-29 at Loano2Village, featuring seminars, training sessions, and live performances.
Two winners will be selected:
- Gover Award: Professional production and national promotion for the most original song inspired by the Rexer jingle.
- Artistic Project Award: Distribution of the project to 50 major Italian record labels and €1,000 for musical equipment.
