Vitarelli joins the organization as a seasoned financial services leader with more than 25 years of experience. His professional background is centered on driving growth, managing high-performing teams, and strengthening client relationships, specifically within the Tampa Bay region.

Professional Background and Experience

Immediately prior to joining Republic Bank, Vitarelli served as the Market Director and Senior Vice President at The Bank of Tampa. In that capacity, he was responsible for leading strategic initiatives designed to align with organizational goals and delivering consistent business results.

His extensive career in the financial sector also includes leadership positions at several other major institutions, including:

• Truist, formerly known as SunTrust
• Regions Bank
