A study conducted ⁤for the Rebuild‌ Observatory by the Department of Cultures of the Project ‌of the IUAV University of Venice ‌analyzed data from studies conducted between 2023 and 2024 on ESG⁤ and ‌real estate. The study involved over 5,000 investors, real estate professionals, and financial stakeholders.

Ezio Micelli, President of Rebuild Scientific Commitee and Full Professor at IUAV University of Venice, stated, Metanalysis has led to a solid and reliable restitution about the choices of​ operators ‍in the real estate sector regarding the actions already undertaken or planned for the sustainable conversion of the building heritage, with particular focus on environmental aspects.
