New Sega Genesis Games Added to Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack

Nintendo has added four new games to the Sega Genesis / Mega Drive app for Switch Online Expansion Pack members. The games are:

1. Toejam & Earl in Panic on Funkotron

   • This action-adventure game takes you to Funkotron, where Toejam and Earl face an invasion of humans. Use a magic bottle to capture the humans and return them to safety. The game features exploration and fun characters with expressive designs.

2. Vectorman

   • Vectorman is a robot action shooter. After a rebellion among cleaning robots, Vectorman becomes the last hope for humanity. He embarks on an adventure across a mechanized Earth to restore peace.
3. Mercs
   • This is the sequel to a popular arcade shooting game. You control the Wolf Force, a United States mercenary unit. Your mission is to defeat enemy bosses while using various weapons and vehicle actions. The game features two modes: “Arcade Mode” with 7 missions to rescue a captured president and “Original Mode” with 8 missions using different soldiers.

To access these new additions, players need the Switch Online + Expansion Pack tier. This update follows recent additions to the Game Boy library, including Donkey Kong Land 2 and Donkey Kong Land.
