A planning application has been submitted for the redevelopment of the former Donnelly Mirrors site located on the outskirts of Naas. The proposal is for a warehouse/logistics campus that includes two warehouse/logistics buildings.

- Height: 21.15 meters

- Gross floor area: approximately 6,444 sqm
- Height: 21.15 meters
- Ancillary office space: 320 sqm across three storeys
- Staff facilities: 298 sqm across three storeys
Site Access and Infrastructure:
The site will be accessible via an upgraded entrance from the Dublin Road (R445) located to the west. A new spine road with an internal roundabout is planned to connect the site to the Dublin Road Roundabout. This design allows for independent development of both units.
