Newcastle Isak Stance Hardens

Here’s ⁤a breakdown of the key details from the provided text regarding Alexander Isak and a potential transfer to Liverpool:

Price Range: The initial asking price for Isak is around £130m+, possibly reaching £150m with add-ons.
Newcastle’s Stance: Newcastle are becoming increasingly reluctant ⁢to sell isak, especially before reinforcing their own attacking options. Their‍ “resolve is ⁤hardening.”
Contingency: Newcastle might be persuaded to sell if they successfully bring in two new strikers.
Wissa bid: Newcastle had a bid of £35m + add-ons rejected for Yoane Wissa (Brentford). This suggests they are actively trying to strengthen their attack. Liverpool’s Prospect: Despite⁤ Newcastle’s reluctance, there’s still a possibility for Liverpool to make a move, but it will likely require a significant offer and Newcastle securing replacements. Previous Reporting: The source (Empire of ⁢the Kop) has previously reported that Newcastle won’t sell Isak without first bolstering their attack.

In ⁤essence,⁤ the situation is fluid. Isak is a valuable player, Newcastle don’t want to sell, but they might be forced to if Liverpool offer enough money and Newcastle find suitable replacements.
