[News]Japan representatives announced for World Junior Championships | eJudo

On the 25th, the All Japan Judo Federation announced the Japanese representatives for the World Junior Judo Championships to be held in Dushanbe, Tajikistan (October 2nd-6th).

The representatives were based on the winners of the All Japan Junior Championships held in the first week of September. The second slots were used for the men’s 66kg and 73kg classes, and the women’s 52kg and 57kg classes.

60kg class: Yamato Fukuda (1st year student at Tenri University)
66kg class Fukuchi Shuntarō (3 years of high moral education), Gou Tokhari (2 years of Tenri University)
73kg class: Yusuke Takeichi (2nd year student at Kokushikan University), Keito Kihara (1st year student at Tokai University)
81kg class: Haru Akita (2nd year at Tenri University)
